TASK Electric was founded in 2012 by JT Strasser, a master troubleshooter and licensed electrical contractor who has been powering Southern California homes and businesses with military-grade precision since 1999.

The name says it plainly: on every job, we analyze, we solve, and we optimize. That discipline comes from JT’s military background and more than 25 years of diagnostic expertise in the field — the kind of experience that finds the flicker everyone blamed on the utility company and the breaker that trips only when it rains.

Today TASK Electric serves homes and businesses across San Diego and Orange County — from oceanfront residences to busy commercial spaces. Roughly 60 percent of our work is high-end residential; the other 40 percent is commercial, which keeps our standards sharp and our problem-solving honest. Every project gets the same treatment: diagnose properly, fix the cause, and leave the system better than we found it.
